The end of the year is here only four and a half more days. This is the best part about the school year. We went to Six Flags on a cold and rainy day, but it was still fun. Then we had a dinner dance which was probably the best thing even better than Six Flags. It's hard to comprehend you would have to be there to understand. There was a DJ playing all these songs everyone was dancing even I was dancing at one point. I don't usually, but it's a party you should enjoy it. It was amazing probably one of the best dances ever!

Middle School Get Me Out of Here Book Blog
"Middle School Get Me Out of Here" is the second book of the Middle School series. It is about a boy named Rafe Khatchadorian, who is finally going into seventh grade. After moving in with his grandma in the big city. Since he got accepted into an art school. He finds that the school is really hard and they don't tolerate bad kids. So what he does is start this new game called operation "Get A Life". What the game is, is him trying to be a good kid like every other kid in his school or atleast him not getting expelled. As he lives with his grandma he finds secrets about his father that he's never known. So also throughout the book he finds clues to try and find his dad.
I thought "Middle School Get Me Out of Here" was a good book. Better than the first book. I say this because the plot was totally different and since we live in sort of a suburban area. So I could relate to some of the things Rafe saw in the book. Then it was interesting to see Rafe face some of his problems in the book with his new friend. To overcome or atleast take over the bullies. Then there were parts that really pulled you in with. Which I thought made the book even better. Like how Rafe found his uncle that leads to help him find his dad. Then some of the people he meet aren't the most reliable for Rafe. On a scale of one through ten I'll give it a 9.5 since I liked it a lot.

Some of My Most Valuable People
One thing That matters the most to me is family. They are your support when you're feeling low. They know how to make you happy. When we fight we push it aside, because family don't hold grudges. They're the people you should always open up to, not hide and lie from them. They matter the most to me because we love each other and we support each other when times are tuff. Financially, physically, and emotionally. Theists plays a huge part with us. If there's a problem for one person. Then we help them by getting rid of the problem or showing other ways to fix it. Without family life would be hard you can't rely on no one. Maybe some people, but others it might be difficult. Another reason family matters is because we develop ideas together. What I mean by this is, since I'm the oldest my parents tell me life knowledge first. Then when my siblings need help I teach them these things about life so they are prepared. Even though sometimes they just ignore it, but they eventually end up using it. So have I.

I Want To Break My Future Boundaries
There are only certain things that really scare me. Some of which are spiders, the ocean, and heights. Why out of all the things that are scary? I don't know, but what I do know are some of the things I can do in the future to try and help me get over these fears. For my fear of spiders I don't really know a way to get over them by probably is by getting a pet tarantula. Then I would progress with it, what I mean is hold it or crawling on my arms. Then to get over my fear of the ocean I would go scuba diving. With people so I know what to do. Finally to get over my fear of heights I was thinking maybe I go skydiving. Not only would it mortify me, but would also be heart pumping. Those are some of the things that scare me and some things I would do to get over it.

I'm Going To Have the Best Summer
What I'm going to do this summer is going to be the best thing I will probably ever do, but since I can write on and on I'm going to have to summarize. This summer I'm going to Maryland and Florida. I'm going to Maryland to see my cousins, it's awesome they have a huge house. We swim, play football, and go in the woods when it's dark out and scare each other. It's going to be awesome because it's nice to see them and just talk and see them after a year of not seeing them. Then I'm going to Florida to see my grandparents. Which they have a pool also, and they got a new dog. Then something that I do when I go there is me and my cousin ride a two person bike which we go down the shore and ride five miles to see the view. It's so beautiful. Then all summer I'm going to be in football.

School Is Finally Over and I Feel Great!
This month is the last month of me coming to this school since I'm graduating. My automatic reaction is I'm so happy. Even though this is my final month I've never felt so good. I say this because summer is coming and I don't have to learn for two months. Then I can't wait for high school I'm going to join the Mustangs for football. Then maybe wrestling, but summer is going to be awesome because I'm going to Maryland to see my cousins. Then Florida to see my grandparents. This will be fun because they have a pool and they live literally a block away from the beach. Which is always fun because there's always crabs and dolphins.

Ghost Hawk Book Blog
Ghost Hawk by Sarah Cooper, is about a boy named little hawk who is a Native American. To become a man he has to survive in a forest for four months. He ends up surviving, but when he goes back to his village it's covered in ashes and smoke because white men had attacked them and killed everyone. Which then he tries to distinguish a way to stop more from coming. So he basically is teaming up with other tribes to help do something.
My personal opinion is that Ghost Hawk is a good book. I like how they turned a realistic piece of history into a story. Although they still used realistic facts. I really like how they did this part of the story. Another thing I found cool was how they make you think it was going to be him in the forest the whole story, but it act goes to other things. The only one thing I didn't like was how they had the story in parts and some where more in the future or in the past I felt as if they make you confused. Although I really liked the book.

Why Spring Break Is Awesome
Spring is one of my favorite seasons. It is like the realization that summer is coming. I love the wheather many people think it's too hot they rather it be winter again. Which becomes a controversial topic, but spring is cool because of the weather. You walk outside you see the sun shining, the birds chirping, and the bees buzzing. The only thing I hate about spring is the spiders. I have arachnophobia and in my house and garage there are spider webs. I tell my mom we need spider propellant, but she says they're good, which I disagree about. Another thing I like about spring is getting to be with my cousins and friends. Escpecially this year because me and my friends are about to be playing football and basketball.

What is Positive Change, How Can It Help?
Positive change to me, means something bad being turned or changed into something good. I feel like positive change could be for example. Bullying/ cyber bullying rates have gone down. Something that has an impact on the world or in our communities. Empowering others means giving someone the privilege or power to do something. When I hear empowering I think of the president and anyone in congress. I say this because they have the authority to do what they want, just not all the time. When I hear the word activism I think of being active and productive. Activism is someone taking action to change something politically or socially. So you can acknowledge the importance of what you want to change.

Life Is Beautiful
Some similarities between Life is Beautiful and some of the things we read in ELA is that they had camps where many Jews and other types of people went that the Germans didn't like or thought weren't Arian enough. They both had too take trains and were starved for days. They made the men do hard labor and if they couldn't they would be killed. Then after people died in the gas chambers they had to fold all the clothes. Plus old people and children were killed since they couldn't work making them very vulnerable. Families were split up from one another. People resisted especially the main character in life is beautiful he was hiding his kid and sneaked food for his son. Finally is that Germans weren't allowed to talk with Jews. Which in the movie the German doctor couldn't talk to the main character so he had to find ways to talk to his friend before the camp. Some differences about the movie from real life is you couldn't walk around the camp freely. Also the little boy couldn't sit with the German kids since he was dirty and most likely smelled the guards would've known he was a Jew. Another situation that was different was the main character was hiding his son Joshua. This was most likely impossible since guards would go in their rooms to do checks and he hid his son the whole time.
Mostly the Holocaust was sad especially in the camps. Some things that were similar from the movie that were sad was when they went from the outside to the inside city to inside the camps. You can see how there were people starving. Children and old people dying. Another similar thing that goes with the sad mood was when Guido was carrying Joshua to leave and half way he saw all the dead bodies piled up. Some different moods you wouldn't end up seeing was in the movie also. Some difference in points of veiw. Was Guido and his family, he lied to his kid in a funny way to make sure he wasn't scared. Another was when Guido would do his funny actions especially when he would try to run from the Germans and hid on the wall. He did things happily knowing things were serious.
Life is shown as beautiful in many ways throughout the film. One of the ways Life is shown as beautiful is when Guido meets this girl and wants to marry her which he ends up doing. Then has kid and gets to own his bookstore which he had to wait a while. This is one aspect of life being beautiful because it's not everyday that you can just say you want something and get to have or do it. Which he ends up doing. Another aspect of life being beautiful is when Guido sacrificed himself. To help hide his son and keep him safe. I think this is an aspect of life being beautiful because this father loves his family so much. That he would die to help keep his son alive which he did do. Which shows how beautiful life is.

How A Fight Changed My Life
When I was little me and my cousin were very competitive. So what we did was one day we fought to get one dollar. So we wrestled and at first it was fun, but after we got to serious and we started punching and yelling and all these bad things happened for just one dollar. Which eventually his mom had to come get him and we were both grounded. So after I recall that moment I think wow," Money almost tore me and my cousin apart." Which I think is bad over something so small and stupid. so my message is to never fight about money especially family because family is more important.
Best NFL Commercial Ever
My favorite NFL commercial for the Super Bowl is by Audi called daughter, it was hard to distinguish what commercial was the best. After a while I found that I liked this one the most. Which this commercial shows a girl in a made car for a race and while she's racing her dads talking over and he says, "What do I tell my daughter? Do I tell her her grandpa is worth more than her grandma? That her dad is worth more than her mom? Do I tell her that despite her education, her drive, her skills, her intelligence, she will automatically be valued as less than every man she meets?" Then it shows the girl winning the race beating all the men. I like this because it shows how just because she's a girl and can do the same things she gets payed less. Which is talking about equal pay, I think this is a good message to tell people who think girls should get payed less. So hopefully they can give women equal pay.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G6u10YPk_34
The Call of The Wild
"The Call of The Wild" by Jack London is about a house dog named Buck who was taken by his owner in San Diego California and was brought to Alaska during the Beaten while he was passed around until he made his way to Alaska. Where he was sold to a dog sled team, which train him into being able to withstand and teach him how to survive in the wilderness. So what they did was keep beating him until he learned to obey them. Throughout the book it shows the enemies and struggles that Buck will face. Until he can become his inner wolf and lead his team and fight his enemies.
My personal opinion about "The Call of The Wild" is that it's good and interesting from most books. I like how the author had no flashbacks or future stories it was about what's currently happening which he did very meticulously . One thing I thought was bad is that the intro if you didn't read it the story made absolutely no sense. But otherwise it was pretty intense through the whole story and during the beginning which I liked. But personally I think the book needs more dialogue coming from human or animal because there was very little talking and more narratating throughout the book. However the book did have a good story which if you stayed till the end had a sweet ending.

How Propaganda Was Used For Bad
Propaganda can be good or bad, but during World War Two the dictator of Germany Adolf Hitler used propaganda for the worst. Hitler used posters to carry out his message. A poster that I'm focusing on is written in Ukrainian shows the devil with a Jewish star on his forehead says, " Satan has taken off his mask" with a Jewish man under the mask. This poster would be referring to Jews as the devil. He would try to tell Germany that since the Jews are devils then everyone should fear them or hate them. This can make the Germans want to get rid of them or hate them since they think they're bad people. I think this can be affective because the devil is bad and Hitler has so much power that people look up to him they would believe him. This is effective because again almost all the Germans look up to him make the Jews vulnerable . So they think he's right. I personally believe this is wrong to call Jews the devil just so he can spread his hate because of what he thinks.

Regret Opens Doors
Everyone has atleast one thing that they regret doing or not doing. If they say otherwise they're lying or they're a really good person. Here's something that I regret not doing, 2016 was my first year playing football for our park district. I can no longer play since next year I'm going to be in high school. It's a shame that I didn't get to get enough experience, but however I did do good my rookie year playing offensive left tackle and defensive right tackle. On defense I got the second most tackles I got 23. So I wish I signed up earlier so I can get better, but I was too Apprehensive because my cousin made it sound harder than it actually was. So my message is that try to do things when you want don't listen to other people tell you the flaws about something try it because you might regret it.

A Day With My Favorite Famous Person
My Favorite famous person is Eminem. I would love to spend the day with Eminem because I personally think he is one of the best rappers alive. So it would be cool to hear Eminem freestyle. Also it would be cool to get rap with Eminem or atleast for him to teach me some rhymes. If I were to spend the day with Eminem I would ask him about his life and how he made it to where he is now. I would ask him this because when he was a kid his dad left him, he was raised by his mother who did drugs. So since she did this her youngest son Nate was taking away by the state at eight years old. Another thing I would do with Eminem is write him a song, it would be bad, but it would be cool to give it a shot for him to make it.

Abraham Lincoln Book Blog
"Abraham Lincoln" by Tanya Lee Stone. Shows the various things that happened in Abraham Lincolns Life. It shows the problems that happened when he grew up, it shows the jobs that got him into running for president, and also tells about his presidency and his assassination. For example one peice of information I found was when Lincoln Was going through a hard time in his life." Ten months after Eddie died. William Wallace was born on December 21, 1850. Just a few weeks later, on January 17, 1851, Lincolns father died." This is one of the many things that happened to Lincoln through the biography. With other things about his life.
My opinion about the book is that it's very detailed and has a lot of descriptions. One thing I also liked about the book is that mostly every page has a picture of the character they're talking about or place. One quote I got from the book that I found was very detailed or atleast something that probably know one would know is this," Tad had a lisp and a spontaneous nature that was endearing, and Willie shared a common way of thinking." I liked these very descriptive things that know one would really know. Another thing I liked about the book is that any word they use in a sentence or for example someone you didn't know it would have a little box on the side of the page telling who the person is. Or what the definition of that word is. Which I found was really helpful.

Best Advice I Ever Gave
The best advice I ever gave to my sister and brother is watch your friends. Why I said this is because being the older sibling you always want to protect them. So I suggested that they watch their friends. Escpecially growing up you learn good and bad things. Sometimes peer pressure happen and you end up doing stupid things. That's why I say watch your friends because fights, drugs, and other bad things can possibly come up. So I just want to warn them now and they listen that's what I know. Another piece I gave to them was do your work on time for school. I told them this because getting late work you get consequences and no one likes consequences. So I said if you have late work your gonna get stacks on stack of things to do. Which no one wants extra work.

My Weaknesses and Advantages
Something I feel most confident about about is when I play football. I feel confident because we are like a family we always support each other. You all know each other and are all friends. Another thing is I can put my best effort and know I'm doing a good job. I also am confident playing football because when I started I wasn't the best player. But over a couples more weeks I got really good. So I know if your dedicated then good things come out of it. One thing I'm not confident with is public speaking. What I can do to fake it till I become it is keep practicing. I know this because for me it's like playing football. I start off really and I mean really bad, but over a couple of more times getting to get used to the game. Or presentation in this part. I can get better if I give it my all and more time.

How Not to Be A Grinch For Christmas
One thing I did over the break was I helped my grandma put up and down her decorations. I helped her bring down a lot of buckets from her attic down as big as tables. I helped her do this because I always do this every winter there is no reason for an elder to carry heavy boxes up and down stairs repeatedly. Even if she didn't ask me I would still help her because of that. Another thing I did was go to a homeless shelter for my church school. It was so nice they got to spend the night and eat. So many were thankful it made my Christmas break a lot better knowing that they were able to get a little bit of reinsurance and some place nice for the Holidays.

Middle School Worst Years of My Life
Is middle The Worst Years of My Life personally, it's not to shabby. But I'm going to tell you a story by James Patterson and Chris Tebbetts, called "Middle School Worst Years of My Life". This book is about a boy named Rafe Khatchadorian who's starting middle school for the first time. So what him and his best friend Leo do is start this game called operation rafe. Which is them basically breaking all the rules in the school. But sometimes there luck of them not getting in trouble is finally about to end. This book is personally one of my favorites if you enjoy "Diary of A Wimpy Kid" books or if you enjoy comedy and good story's that really capture you in. Also for anyone who's older because mostly everyone has been to middle school you can really relate to what's happening.
